| SPICY SHREDDED BEEF 6 - 7 lb Beef Rump Roast 1 or 2 Italian Seasoning (dry package) Jar Pepperchini Peppers w/liquid Combine roast, seasoning, peppers in crockpot. ( I usually cut the ends off the peppers) Cook for 24 hours in the crockpot on low or medium ....... Shred when finished cooking and put on bun. Enjoy! |
