Hello. My name is Sue Sharman, but you may know me formerly as Ms. Enos. I am the second grade teacher here at GSLS. This will be my 6th year teaching second grade. It is a good fit for me because second graders' enthusiasm, eagerness to learn, and boundless energy more than satisfies my passion for teaching. In other words-- they keep me coming back for more!
A little about my background. I have a Bachelor's Degree and Teaching Credential from Azusa Pacific University with an emphasis in Language Arts. Before coming to Good Shepherd, I taught Pre-K and Kindergarten for twelve years in private Christian schools in Long Beach and Temecula. More recently I taught Phonics and Remedial Reading programs as a Title 1 instructor for the Murrieta school district for five and a half years. I was also a substitute teacher for a year for all elementary grade levels.
Together my husband and I have 4 daughters, 6 grandchildren, 4 dogs and a spunky cat. In my free time I love swimming, hiking, and spending time with my grandchildren and family.
I am especially delighted to work in a Christian school environment where the Word of God is freely spoken and Godly principles are put into daily practice. It truly blesses me to see and help children grow in the grace and knowledge of Jesus Christ.
