First Grade Behavior Plan

I love baseball so I have modeled this behavior chart after America's Favorite Past-Time.

Home Run - You're out of this world!      Child receives a Homework Pass good for one assignment.

Single - Wow!  You're doing great!  A "Star Note" is given and if they collect 15, they win a trip to the Treasure Box

Home Plate - Everyone starts here daily. 

Strike 1 - Warning- Miss 5 Minutes of Recess         Red Ticket sent home to parents.  Kids have an opportunity to move back up to Home Plate if their behavior improves.

Strike 2 - Miss a Recess/ Sentences to Write             Red Ticket sent home to parents.  If a child gets to this in the morning, they'll miss recess.  If they get to this spot later in the day, then they will have to copy a sentence X amount of times at home and return them the next day.

Strike 3 - Time Out in Another Classroom/ Principal's Office       Red Ticket sent home to parents.  Most of the time the child just needs a time out in another room, but if the problem is big enough then they get sent down to the Principal's Office to have a talk.  In accordance with school policy, child will also receive detention
