Q: How much is tuition?
A: We have five tuition options for you to choose from:
Option #1: $4,550 Paid in Full by April 30, 2008
Option #2 : $4,600 Paid in full by June 15, 2008
Option #3: $4,745 11 monthly payments or $395 month
Option #4: $4,750 10 monthly payments or $435 month
Option #5: $4,780 12 monthly payments or $365 month
$175 Registration Fee- due at time of registration
$225 Material Fee
$20 Emergency Kit Fee- New Students Only
$100 Technology Fee- Options 1 & 2 Only
(Your Technology Fee is included in your monthly payment for Option 3-5)

Q: Are there any discounts?
A: Yes we have a variety of discounts available:

Q: How do we become church members?
A: Please visit Pastor Scott for specific information. Church members are expected to: (a) attend Pastor's confirmation class, (b) attend at least two worship service per month, (c) be an active participant of the church and its activities--i.e. you may choose to provide refreshments during fellowships, flowers during worship, participate on church boards, choirs, Sunday school, adult bible study, altar guild or regularly attend meetings and events (d) attend communion at least 6 times a year (e) have your children attend Sunday School.
Q: Do you have financial aide?
A: Yes, financial aide is available for some students. Please see the school office for more information.
Q: If I enroll my child mid-year, are we still responsible for the entire yearly tuition?
A: No, we will prorate your child's tuition beginning the month they enroll. Registraion, technology and material fees cannot be prorated.
Q: Do we have to purchase school uniforms from French Toast?
A: Yes, however, we understand that it may take a few weeks to receive your order. During this time your child may wear clothing that is similar in color and style. (Similar styles and French Toast products may be available at Mervyns and JC Penny)
Q: What kind of Christian education do you offer?
A: At GSLS we offer an environment where children, teachers, staff and parents can pray, rejoice, sing, talk of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Students receive daily bible instruction in their class rooms and attend a weekly chapel service with Pastor Scott.
Q: What is a Lutheran?
A: A Lutheran is a Christan --one who trust Jesus Christ as their Savior. Lutherans accept the Bible as the true source of Christian love, guidance and doctrine and accept the same ancient creeds (Apostles', etc). Lutherans proclaim God's message by emphasizing justification of faith and teaching that a person is not to live according to a formula of do's and dont's, but in the freedom of Christian love. Q: Do you offer before and after school childcare?
A: Yes, before and after school daycare is available for an additional fee. 2008-2009 school year information to be available soon.
Q: What are your school hours?
A: School is in session from:
8:30 a.m. - 2:45 p.m. K-1
8:30 a.m. - 3:00 p.m 2-7
Q: Is GSLS on a traditional or year-round schedule?
A: Students are on a traditional school-year schedule. Students begin classes in late August and end in mid June. There is no school on all major holidays, and the week of Thanksgiving, Christmas and Easter.
